Covered

• An account that, tested inside the warranty window on its listing, will not sign in with the delivered details, has no channel, or is already suspended.
• An account whose registration year, region, channel state or included fields differ from the title.
• A growth order that was paid for and never started, a paid account order that was not delivered, or a charge taken twice.

Reporting window

Report an account problem before the warranty window on the listing ends, counted from delivery. Test each account as soon as it arrives.

What happens next

A faulty account is replaced with another from the same listing. If that listing has run out, or nothing was delivered, the order is refunded. After delivery there are no refunds outside these cases.

Not covered

• A request for a phone number on sign-in that you can answer with a number of your own.
• Suspensions or strikes that follow bulk or automated activity, spam or content that breaks YouTube's rules.
• Counts that drop after a Standard growth order, or after the refill window of a Premium one.
• Reports sent after the window, and orders under a chargeback.

How to report

Open a ticket from your order page with the Gmail address of the account, or the link of the growth order, and a screenshot of what you see. Support answers in the ticket.
